About this option
On this page you can synchronize your password to new accounts, and perform an account unlock
Synchronize Password - you can use this option to synchronize your password across accounts. This option is useful when you have been provisioned with an additional GSK account to which you would like to use your current password against.
You will need to enter your GSK Login ID and current password to use this option. If your current password does not meet the password requirements for your new account, you will be asked to change your password.
Unlock Account - this option is only useful if you know your current password but your account has become locked by an application that is configured to use your old credentials. If you do not know your password you should use the 'Forgotten or expired password?' option on the main page.
